"Putting the OUT Back in Scouting!"

Whether this is your first foray onto Scouting or a return to Scouting-rest
assured that you will love Scouting!  Scouting is all about encouraging key
qualities: responsibility, discipline, teamwork, self esteem etc. We are devoted
here at SSPP  to making your Scouting experience as positive as possible.  S.S. Peter
& Paul Church provides a venue for us to meet bi-weekly and have our meetings.

During our Scouting year for 2007-2008 we accomplished many things!
We established SSPP's first ever Daisy. Junior and Cadette Troops.
The Girls held their first ever Bridging Ceremony .
We held a beautiful Arrow of Light Ceremony for our 9 boys crossing over to BS.
We also went on many exciting trips and had wonderful guest speakers.
We can't wait to do many exciting things during 2008-2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scouting is for EVERYONE.....    2008-2009
Here at SSPP we believe in teamwork, and as a result, we encourage parent
involvement. If you don't think that you have the time to be an effective Leader, there
are still other ways that you can help.
Parents are REQUIRED to help at ONE meeting
per Scouting year
.  Scouting is supposed to be a family activity and
we live by that rule. Siblings also need to behave in the Church during meetings or
they will not be permitted to attend. We do have supplies to keep them occupied.
